This is Warrant Officer Schrödinger from Hellsing (Manga). He may look like an innocent, cute catboy uke boyscout but he's really a nasty, feline Hitler Youth who can be "everywhere and nowhere" at his leisure who doesn't know how to die. :P

He'll pester your characters from now on. ♥

ETA: Ah, I forgot. Schrödinger will scout the City to be familiar with the environment (aka he'll keep popping out from place to place and vanishing immediatly. So if your characters spot the catboy and want to kick/slice/hug him for violating their privacy, feel free. If they catch him ;) ).

Hey, it's me again! I know I haven't been active for a while and I'm already on Hiatus, but it looks like I'll have to extend it. My parents signed me up for these prep classes and it's been taking up a lot of my time. ;o;
