Tomorrow is the 13th, or as we labeled it on the calendar: Check-Up Day. The higher-ups are checking on the City, in which several things will occur - maintenance, among other things:
★ One of the higher-ups will show up on the 13th, in person. I will be making an LJ for them, and they will be taking a survey and accepting questions from the citizens. However, since this is a one-day only character, I am going to make an IN-CHARACTER POST within![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
polychromatic. On this post, your characters will reply in-character, as if it were a journal entry.
★ The clock will be reset to the time it should be at - 3. The higher-ups want to keep things on schedule, after all.
★ Small things, such as garbage cans, may suddenly explode, or disintegrate.
★ The weather will be very erratic; bright and sunny for a half hour, then suddenly snowing, then raining for three hours, and then suddenly it's sizzling hot outside.
★ The ticking will also become erratic, then settle into its normal irritating routine close to midnight.
★ The carousel will pause.
★ A small earthquake will occur in the morning, lasting only half a minute.
★ Characters may feel very lightheaded, ill, or drowsy, for a few moments and at random.
★ Everything will be closed. The cafe, club, library, garden - everything.
★ The apartments will be given new furniture, and will be cleaned. Also, they will be expanded, so the rooms are a little larger, for those who room together. EDIT: Nothing too extravagant. A balcony, an extra bedroom/room of some sort, whatever. New couches, TVs, etc.
★ Dorian will not be around. Neither will the four deities.

Also, I'm in the process of moving; from tomorrow, for two weeks, I might be a little spotty on the internet... meaning I won't be on, all day, everyday, like I normally am. 8D; Therefore, please be patient with applications & whatnot. We modfolk do have other things to do. ♥
