CITY INFLUENCED - everyone has a choice whether or not to be affected by these wishes.

CHARACTER INFLUENCED - only affects the character who made the wish or their close surroundings.

COMPANION INFLUENCED - only affects the character/characters the wish was directed at.

NOTE; THESE WISHES WILL ONLY LAST 24 HOURS

- If it's a revelation; they'll forget it once the day is through. [ this is applies to those who wished for answers or ideas ]
- If it's an item; it'll dissapear.
- If they're affected physically; they'll go back to normal.
