Hello POLYchromatic!

Have you enjoyed your visit to the immensely cheerful and sunny and warm desert with all its friendly wildlife? Have you enjoyed your time in the perpetually cursed and also slippery and transparent land of glass? We certainly hope so!

But it looks like things are getting put back to rights. The desert is more sand than structure, the glass City is becoming more normal again...

As of midnight EST tonight (the midnight between 2/29 and 3/1), the last of the stragglers in the desert City will be forcefully removed (that is, by teleportation if necessary) from the desert City and placed in the glass City. (There might be a few objects to be returned to the City too, so watch out!)

At the same time, the glass City will return to normal. The last of the wrongly glass objects will return to their previous forms, characters will find their possessions restored (if you so choose; players are free to have had characters lose things to the sand or to broken glass), and the City will be as it was before this very strange disorientation.

And what happened, exactly? The Deities haven't said--not yet, at least. But doesn't it feel like everyone had to all of a sudden pack up and move? Despite ending up in the same place again...everyone and everything had to move... What a hauntingly familiar problem... But something happened, that's for sure!

Please do feel free to backdate posts related to this event, but know that as of midnight tonight (between 2/29 and 3/1), the City will be restored to its former glory (for lack of a better word).

We hope you've enjoyed this event and all the plotting and chaos and sandworms associated with it.

Also, the seasonal HMD post that usually comes around in late February will happen during the second weekend of March, so please be on the lookout for that. (As of this time, the May HMD will still happen in May.)

Thank you, Polychromatids!
