Yeah, it's definitely a bit out of the way, but... in the end, whatever compromise way we come up with will be out of the way. Fake cutting adds the extra step of taking you to a journal (and for some people not having their activity in one format will feel weird). But I guess you're right: probably best to pick one or the other /o.
