Faith, Donna and McGonagall are the three of yours I know, and honestly there is nothing I can tell you that would help you improve them. They are all wonderful and I love seeing them in action. I'm particularly impressed with McGonagall as she's not a character I imagined I'd see played, especially not so well.

On a non-RP note, I hope work lets up for you soon. 70 hours a week is a lot. It's a wonder you can bring yourself to RP at all.
