Kippur, you always make me laugh with how eccentric and original your characters are. I haven't met Laruna yet, but from what I've seen of her and from all the CR we've had with Al and Theo, you're not afraid to be goofy and adventurous with both of them. I always have a blast threading with you!

On the note of your concerns, I think context is really important for both of your characters and their powers and that sometimes that can be a lot to explain or take in during scenes/threads in-game. This is not a bad thing at all, the worlds that your OCs are from are really rich and detailed, but I think it might help to find a comfortable balance for you of what you want to present from their world carrying over to the City and what details, if any, can be spared or dished out in smaller portions.

Hnnnngh where do I start with your two bbs? I absolutely adore how Korra still retains her Korraness and her voice, even after almost a year of rp-ing her. At the same time she's gone through so much growth and change, some for the better, some for the worst, and it's beautiful to track that progress because it's so realistic and well-done. She's still pugnacious and headstrong but it's tempered now by past experience, which has loaned her some degree of foresight and patience. Granted, there are times when it fails her, but her characterization really brings out the highs and lows of being 18, what it means to make enormous mistakes, how life can mold you, and how you can emerge from each experience changed but still yourself. In terms of her disastership with Hei, I love how she's gone from a simple, hormone-ridden, starry-eyed girl to some semblance of a smarter, conflicted, but more assertive woman. (....I think Hei is noticing that too, and it's probably one of the reasons he'll be less inclined to dismiss her as a stupid child as time goes on.)

Anyway, if you were horrified by that wall of text, just keep in mind -- your Korra is a brilliant portrayal of everything it means to be 18, the good, the bad and the ugly, and you do it with such effortless empathy ♥

NOW ONTO PAI X(

First off, it must be a huge challenge to rp a character with such little substance in canon, beyond speculations, hints and three-minute flashbacks (I have counted 8| ). But I love how much depth you've managed to supply to her character anyway. She is all that is logical and cool-headed about a Contractor, without being a caricature. She also perfectly fits into the role of the Little Sister -- the cuteness, the brattiness, the nosiness, but also that little smidge of Yeah, okay, you're still older than me, an almost-naivety that's integral to these characters. Yet at the same time she's very much Pai in her own reticent, calculating way. She doesn't come across as an extension of Hei or a stereotype of a child soldier, but someone very independant and dynamic in her own right.

Other comments? Clint is my strongest of the two characters and I think that shows, and CR is never hard with him. But I have been struggling with Jace due to his wavering voice and because I took an extended hiatus a while back that kind of threw me off course. I do plan on seeing the film in the next few days, though, and re-reading the books to help, so I am going to be working on that. However, because he's one of those awkward characters on top of that, creating new CR hasn't been that easy, so I know I'm going to have to really work to get things going with him again. Any help or thoughts would go a long way!
