Question about anime

I have a weird question.
Now even though Sands is blind and it's totally pointless of me to wonder:

Since almost all the characters here are illustrated, would they look like cartoons to a person who was not one?

And for the part more important to Sands:
Would they feel different then a flesh and blood person?

Er, no. Despite the fact that most of the characters here are from anime or manga series, they're just as fictional as Sands, so therefore, just as real as him. They'd feel like any other person would.

Though, if the mods don't agree, they can kick me. ♥

Oh man, that would seriously weird me out, playing like that. XD;

I think they'd feel like normal people only because they are an imitation of real people and... yeah.

Animes and cartoons are telling the stories of 'real people' in that universe.

... oh whatever. Someone already said something that made better sense, and I said my first comment pretty late at night, so it made sense at the time.

No, your confusion is legit. XD

Everybody here is played as real, although there have been a few cases of Character A knowing another character as a fictional/animated creation in Character A's world.

I can't speak for everyone else, but this character looks and feels just like a real live Japanese girl. She also inexplicably speaks English as though she were born in the US, but that is the magic of dubbing.

My icon may be an illustration, but I am flesh and blood. I'm from 1992 Long Island, so I think I missed Johnny Depp's best movies and I have no idea about Sand's world.

yes, Heather is from a Long Isand where it is still 1992. Johnny Depp is an actor to her.

ooc: the first one was in character and the second was the occ. Heather is my creation.

Heather: I'm a real person, not a cartoon. So, how do these cartoon people feel to you Mr. Sands?

Simon: I'm a real cat. I bet they feel like gummi bears and plastic wrap.

OCC: developed ESP?

[identity profile] musicalcorpse.livejournal.com 2006-07-25 11:00 pm (UTC)(link)
OCC: Maybe he can just feel the difference in aura or something. Out there idea for you.
