Fire!
So adding to the horrible noise curse going on-
Sands was cooking and triggered the fire alarm when he set part of his kitchen aflame.
This was his first time cooking blind. We think a dish towel got to close to the burner.
Oops!
EDIT: haha. Building 8. That would be important to mention.
