Anyways, hate to do this, as I am going to miss out on Honesty Day in part, and the humongous rainstorm as well, but Lexie is off to Otakon! Leaving tomorrow, will be back sometime Sunday evening. I was planning on just tossing together a quick Kurenai in her jounin outfit, just to have another costume, and because I had found a lovely wig for her, but I had not anticipated the difficulty of finding cropped pants in that particular shade of red, wtf. I'm going to check out WalMart before I leave, but if I can't find it there, that's it.

I myself have been confronted with the troubles of... the ASS-BOW. It completely defeats me, and... makes no sense. I swear Kishimoto made it up to challenge cosplayer.

The assbow defies logic. But um, chickenwire in the middle so that it holds shape? And then wrap fabric around it, kind of like a huge pipe cleaner. That's what I'd do, at least.
