Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls; it's my pleasure to be the one who introduces some new rules and things the new mods have changed and modified. Before we address anything else however, I'd like to point out that there will be a few posts here and there later on that will introduce the brand, spankin' new deities. So watch out for those! It'll be a real kicker.

Now first on the list of things that we as the mods have discussed over is something you've all been dying to know about:



☆Reservations & Applications☆
★ For as long as I can remember Polychromatic has been a place that naturally draws people in, what with the friendly atmosphere and mysterious plot. So we understand your urges and excitement over reserving and applying, however sometimes we mods can't get to said applications and the like as quickly as the players would like. And especially now, since the game is significantly smaller due to the drop-out rate we've seen, there will be people picking up characters like whoa. Therefore, we've made a tiny change.

★ You may only reserve one character per week. But the reserves we have now are a-okay until next week!

★ Also, if you have dropped a character yet want to re-join as them again, you must do so within a month's time or else you'll have to reapply. And this goes for characters that have not been reserved for, mind.



☆Character Dropping☆
★ We're having a new kind of form to fill out for dropping characters. Just so we don't have to nudge and ask you for these things later on. Plus, again, organization is key here! So please fill out the following when dropping a character:

LJ username: [ for the character ]
Character name: [ self-explained ]
Series they're from: [ again, self-explained ]

This will be posted later on in the Dropped section. And PLEASE remove yourselves from the community when you drop said character. It really messes things up when you don't and confuse people in the process. Also, please remove all of your friends from said character(s) journal(s) to avoid mass confusion. Plus, you don't want other posts from other communities popping up on your character's flist, right?



☆A Public Notice☆
This has nothing to do with new rules or anything, but we'd like to address this personally anyway.

There was a little bit of a misunderstanding this morning involving a character and them coming back and joining the community, while someone being upset with this and addressing it personally. We would like to point out that we're dealing with a lot at this moment in time, mainly getting things organized and sorted and having our Pow Wows to discuss many issues and the like. Our signals got crossed and there was much confusion on our end.

So we apologize for this. However do understand this: please come to us personally if you have problems or concerns such as these. We're doing many things at once, but we'd be more than happy to help at any time and discuss it privately. Thank you. ♥

Well, here we are, the new mods 'n stuff. If you don't know who this is, it's advocate. I used to play Zack from FFVII, if that rings any bells. Can't see why not. He was all over the place, that idiot.

There really isn't all that much to say. Maybe a “Hey, thanks for picking me as a mod!” type of rant and rave, but I've said that before. Maybe a hundred times by now, actually. Which once more couldn't hurt at all, now could it?

Anyway. Enough about me, how about people tell me stuff about them? I'm horrible when it comes to remembering names and attaching them to characters you play.

So if you'd be so kind [or if you're that bored] as to, if you comment, slap down a friendly hello and who you are and what characters you play I would love you for all eternity. I could very well go and search you all out but, alas – modly work calls for me. Plus I might give you a silly nickname in the meantime!
