beast_unbound/lithiumflower9-mun is on hiatus. Though, it is an indefinite hiatus, so there's no telling when she'll be back.

This hiatus wasn't declared formally, so I have no record of when it was made -- do you happen to know?

The thing with "indefinite hiatuses" is that while people voice them all purtily and dramatic, they don't cover more than the regular one month, anyway. So if hers doesn't cover October - well, yeah, you can see where I'm going with this.
