I'm not sure if this is a good place to ask, but I've noticed (since I just cleaned and re-added my polyfriends) that the friend add list contains several people (not mentioned on this inactivity post) who have not posted in 11+ weeks... are those people dropped or on hiatus?

What happens is that sometimes people's saying, "X called a hiatus!!!" will not be exactly accurate, and lead to confusion.

Or then you have people who don't post for a month, reclaim a char, and don't post the three posts (or at all) again. So you get 2 months' worth of inactivity. Or, not to mention a local favourite: first month, they call a hiatus. Second month: no hiatus, no posting. Third month: they reclaim, but still don't post. I've been trying to bitchslap put a stop to that, and hopefully it'll... not occur too often.

The inactivity list that you see above? Will also be short of people who've addressed me on IM. Sometimes people realize they'll be inactive with some chars and preempt the inactivity thread by promising the three posts (they go on a special inactivity list).
