In this RPG, NPC are residents of the city. They stir up a little trouble now and then to keep things lively (not that Ikki's streaking isn't lively enough). Simon's going to open up a shop soon.

I know that the whole point of NPCs is that no one plays them but it's sort of impossible with LJ RPGs. XDDD; Thus, he's played...as little as possible, if that makes sense. He won't go around commenting in other characters' ljs.
