They are, but they were also due three posts in October because of inactivity back in September, so they'll need to reclaim again to keep the characters.

Usually hiatus declared in the last few days of the month don't count for inactivity unless the player comes to this post/talks to me about the circumstances - though a hiatus does give them leeway on the time it takes to get here/reclaim/get excused for said hiatus.
