HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW, OKAY. Okay, well, actually, he kind of does. I mean, I don't think the in-depth cultural context of Sadie Hawkins was really something Wily felt necessary to program into him, but on the other hand, this is something like the third time Hiyori's acted kinda...well, girly at him, and he's kind of starting to put the itty-bitty pieces together like, "..............WAIT." But he has no idea how to deal with something like that, so he's pretending it doesn't exist. At all. Hiyori as a supervillain bent on world domination is much easier to handle than Hiyori as a girl trying to capture him because she wants him to be her husband, so he'll seize on whatever little bit of normalcy he can and deny, deny, deny the rest.
