Hokay, everyone, rules of engagement for our very own, very fine, very, er, first

How this works –

Comment with your characters, and with the kind of things you’d want to work on developing with them. It can be anything from, “I really want to give X a scare, so she finally realizes the City isn’t roses and daisies,” to, “I’d like a chance to get Y using his powers,” or “My character wants to run a picnic!” Even better, if you have an already thought-out plot for your character, whose idea you’ve been throwing around, but never figured out how to get off ground. Ask questions, or shop around for characters who can help you realize your little plot. Bonus points if they’re characters with whom yours hasn’t really interacted so far!

If you can’t think of anything for your characters, but still want to leave them up for plotting, in case anyone needs’em: just say so, and describe who they are / what they can do a little ( PUT THE TL;DR GUNS DOWN, 2-3 sentences are all it takes XD). The only problem with waiting on someone else to put down an idea for you to join on is that… well, if everyone does it, it’ll be one hella 100-something people waiting game XD So yes, just think of things you want to do, too!

Just to be clear, while you’re definitely welcome to plot game-wide, any mod-run plot suggestions should go here, same as usual. This is mostly the more productive, concrete son of the CR meme, so it’s all about player-player rabu. Of doom.

Aaaaand, lastly, not really meme-related, but! We’ve been getting quite a lot of fresh blood lately, so give it up to our newbs, ladies and gents! We’re happy to have you, and hope you jump right into the thick of action > )

Cain's been out in the sunshine a little too much of late. He needs to go play in the dark more.

What I mean is that Cain is a character with a strong penchant for things a little on the odd side, the dark side, the forbidden side. He collects poisons, and is shown going on one trip and another to obtain these poisons. He's not above slumming it, he's inevitably involved in this problem or that crime. He's killed, but only for very good reason. But, of late, Cain's been a little too good, a little too gentlemanly, a little too much in the sun.

I'd love it if he could somehow get involved with some of the darker elements of the City and its residents. If nothing else, just for a drink at the Raven. But more is certainly welcome. I'd like to be able to play with his darker side a little more. He's no villain, but he has a dark side.

God knows Subaru can't deal with it, so it's pretty apt to cause some magical trouble, if anyone's up for that?

I don't have anything on the table for Alice (http://mad_here.livejournal.com) and Tamaki (http://sparkling_by.livejournal.com) - they're both fair-headed idiots with no supernatural powers to speak of, who generally mean well, but can get in trouble. Tamaki is good with party plans, or cheering people up, if you have characters who need help with those? >>!

I feel like Jezebel needs to actually do something evil, though I'm not entirely sure what, exactly. So far he's been hovering around ARTEMIS and killed a few NPCs, but mostly what he's done is act snide and make vague threats.

So, I'd like him to actually do something terrible. It doesn't necessarily have to be to the Godchild cast, but just something to show he isn't just talk.

This kid is extremely homesick for his friends (despite believing he can't feel) and really paranoid about/mistrusting of half his castmates. He's a knowledge-sponge, soaking up info about the world and how people work, and naive/ignorant without being an idiot child. Like, he can fight and get around by himself just fine, but don't even try to explain "love" to him, it'll be a bad scene.

So I'm open to anything with him—making tentative friends/getting manipulated by those who would take advantage/searching for ice cream. I'm also fine threading with characters who knew Roxas in his previous City tenure—he just wouldn't necessarily believe that he was actually here before.

He's still relatively new, and still settling/helping Ciel settle into City life. HELLO.

So this is a Rudy. Rudy, to be frank, is hax. If it's athletically-based, Rudy can do it, and he pretty much always* wins. The same goes for a range of other pursuits, like playing chess and orienteering and...woodworking.

However! Rudy refuses to use these powers because he hates sports and everything they stand for, so most people don't know that he even has them. I've been trying to find ways of getting that stuff out into the spotlight, but Rudy is pretty much a master at avoiding it and SHUTTING DOWN EVERYTHING when the conversation heads toward it, so...it isn't always easy.

So. I'd really like to get more people aware of his skillz, but I'm not sure how to do it!

Major things: I have plots in the works for him! One, pending mod approval, should come to fruition sometime in late September or early October. The other, more long-term one, is his general search for a way to ensure that he either stays in the City without having to worry about being sent back to being dead or finds a way into another world where, again, he doesn't have to worry about being sent back to his own. And being dead. To this end he's investigating the City, especially after his recent spider-slaying escapades unearthed some interesting information. He's headed for the Cathedral next in his investigations, but he'd like to talk to anyone who's been in the City for a long time, and he'll gladly follow any leads he gets, all while doing his best to hide it from the deities.
Minor things: I'd like to eventually have him stop using the name Jack Simon, since he uses it all of two times in canon and seems to prefer his codename, but without something to blow his cover to the Network in general, he's going to stick with it since it sounds more normal and human than November 11. So help with that would be appreciated. Also, if anyone wants a charming and morally questionable type for whatever purpose, he is available.

WANTED: More CR!
