For those who haven't been through polychromatic's quarterly How's My Driving, welcome to the show. For those of you that have, welcome back.

This is our gamewide opportunity to solicit and receive feedback on how we're doing in the game. Praise is welcome, but constructive criticism is the name of the game as well. If you aren't sure how to phrase your constructive criticism... well... constructively or if you just don't quite understand how a player got their character from Canon Point A to Poly Point B, we highly encourage you to ask questions, and we highly encourage you to answer questions if you receive them.

After the last HMD, the majority vote was to keep the same style of HMD as last time with a minor change to allow people to offer their personal concrit pages for anon as part of the standard process. That means that anon is turned off here, IP logging is turned on here, and we encourage our players to post links to their concrit threads and note whether they are accepting anonymous feedback or not.

When posting, it will help facilitate things if you will use the following template for your post:

<b>Player name:</b> <b>Characters played:</b> Character :: Fandom :: Character LJ <b>Personal concrit link:</b> <b>Anonymous allowed/encouraged? Y/N:</b> <b>Other comments?</b>

And as a final reminder: you may receive concrit you don't like. By choosing to post on HMD, you are accepting that as a reality of the process. You may not like the questions you receive. By choosing to post on HMD, you are accepting those as a reality of the process, too.

We will be monitoring this closely and will shut down instances of abuse. Constructive criticism and questions you don't like are not abuse. They are part of HMD.
