Aaah thank you for all the crit! I know he's kinda flat, it's been bothering me for a pretty long time - the speech thing was mostly influenced by a couple streetrat-type-characters he'd made friends with a while back, but admittedly considering how long it's been and who he's living with that probably should have faded by now...I think it's become more a personal habit I should break than anything by now.

That background info thing is also something I really never noticed, because...well, I guess it doesn't really matter much why I never noticed, but I really do need to incorporate that somehow. I haven't looked at the Abyss comm since I dropped Florian out of his last game, and looking back, I probably should have. Anyway, really, thank you! I'll definitely keep all this in mind.
