Death by Butterfly.
Hello, Polychromatic! This is Aika!mod, again, also known as Tamaki, Hisoka, Kaen, Komui, and uh, Tiki here.
Tiki, since his boss (the Earl) bullied him for slacking and not helping with the attack on Rabi, decided to try and win some bonus points with his boss. Causing some chaos and excitement = bonus points, you see.
Tiki has these free-existing creations called Teases, which come in a variety of card-suit patterns. Tiki is often shown with playing cards, much like Hisoka.
The point of this, is that his Teases will be let off my the hundreds all over the city. These things will attack, bite, and attempt to eat buildings, clothing, food, people, and anything, really. These black, demonic butterflies can be killed through throwing things at them, smashing then, burning them, etc. They are not invincible, but are very fast with sharp teeth for biting, chewing, and eating.
This will continue throughout tonight, into tomorrow (Sat).
