Are there actually fireworks in the city tonight~?

It could celebrate July 4th or summer or something. I think it'd be nice and allow people to get their minds off of how they're all going to die a MISERABLE HORRID BLOODY DEATH IN A GREAT BIG EXPLOSION THAT--

I went and Goggled for a few big display pics of fireworks and found one that could maybe pass it off as one of the Air Gear guys or some other young guy with light colored hair the image is blurred enough to be useful.
