Hello! Katla here with a new character: Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivrusky IV from Cowboy Bebop at dothebebop! I'm still pending to get into polychromatic and tampered, so I'd figure I'd just announce it here.

So be sure and stop by to say hi! Ed will gladly hack any computer as long as you pay her for it, so this City might go a bit haywire 'cause of it. :D
