Beware of FIERY TEMPER;
Hello, Polychromatic!
Now, I've come to tell you something of importance you might want to know.
You see, Kaen, dearest creature that he is, did not like V's idea. To be expected, of course, as he's a bit more serious about these kind of things than his sparkly partner.
Therefore, at about ten tonight, since V's plan takes place at midnight, Kaen will appear on the carousel. He is not a happy camper, and trust that many things in the general area will burst into flame. If you've seen X-Men 3, it'll be similar to Jean Grey's spazz of sorts (... I can't think of anything else to call it), in which things start levitating and disintegrating.
Kaen will stomp down on the carousel, and it will stop moving suddenly. "This is what you want, right?" He'll smile, before stomping down on it again, making the horses move triple time. The arms on the clock will move forward more and more, as he's going to speed up the countdown. As they spin, he'll also take the liberty of destroying building 7. Probably because the police headquarters is there, but he really doesn't care - he's furious, so random, impulsive destruction happens. All characters living there, Yoshito will warn you to run out of the building before Kaen goes nuts and turns it to rubble.
Further, after about twenty minutes, he'll be done on the surface and return back to his home in the Underworld someplace. The destroyed building will NOT regenerate, remaining a pile of rubble. All disintegration or burn damage caused WILL heal itself, but it will take several days.
The devil is not pleased. Therefore, as further warning, DO NOT APPROACH KAEN OR THE CAROUSEL AT THIS TIME. Ok? Ok. ♥ However, Kaen can only do so much, otherwise, he will be punished. And we don't want that.
The countdown will only be increased to 5. I'm assuming V's plan will continue, and they can set it back.
