First of the 02 kids! <3

Yup, another one in the flood of Digimon characters. It's Erika/eriph with my fourth character, Ichijouji Ken from Digimon 02. This is all Karla's fault. (♥)

I guess I've got the only 02 character for now. D: Ken's going to be so confused.

I'm playing second half good kid sademo kind uke Ken, but since he was so lucky to get in the city on opposite day, he's going to be in evil bastard puppy-kicking Kaiser form today. :D


I'm sure a lot of you know about this already, but just in case... If you're like me, you watched Digimon way back when and might either want a refresher or just some fun happy nostalgia.

The only fansubber I know of, but they move at a snail's pace so only episodes 1-7 of 01 and 1-14 of 02 are out. And it looks like it'll be that way for a while. :/

And here is a good portion of 01 and 02 in dubbed English Singapore form. The accents remind me of a cross between Spanish and The End of the World flash cartoon. "Hikari" sounds like "Hickory." The tree. But at least the shows themselves are relatively unchanged from the original Japanese version (unlike the American dubs :x)...and they give me the giggles.

I just wanted to share. ♥ It's hard to find the full first two seasons in any form, which makes me super sad. Digimon was one of my original fandoms. X3

WHOO. I actually like the Singapore version's voices better than the American ones. O.o The accents just make the characters sound... better. xDD

I thought it was dubbed in the Philippines and released in Asia?

I like it better than the US version, but they way they pronounce their names...

...I live in SIngapore and I have some of the VCDs and I thought the voice-acting was horrible.

But whoooo subs! I miss my old fandom. I was crazy over Digimon (only the first two, didn't watch much of Tamers and Frontier, and Savers too) when I was 13/14 or something.

Voice-acting-wise, I like the US one better, but the Singaporean one kept the music from the Japanese version. How I love Bokura no Digital World. ;o; *goes to listen to it now*

Yeah! I was so crazy over it, I downloaded all the songs, from the Best Partner singles to the funky Christmas albums. I lost all of them when my dad threw away the old comp. Oh the horror! Thank God for people uploading them from time to time, so I managed to snag some of them again. XD
