IT'S HERE, IT'S HERE! HMD, HMD! HOW'S MY DRIVING? PRETTY GOOD, RIGHT? AREN'T YOU THANKFUL?! GOBBLE IT UP, POLYCHROMATIDS~!!

Welcome back to our more seasoned members, and welcome to you first-timers.

HMD is the gamewide chance for feedback on playing here in polychromatic.

And here's our philosophy on HMD: praise--it's all well and good (we all love it, yeah?), so if you want to give praise, love, ♥s, whatever, go for it! It's especially great to say what you ♥ so much about a character. For example, how they acted during X curse or Y plot was great, or how they adjusted (or didn't?) to the City was fascinating. But we all know, constructive crit is best when you're looking for advice on how to improve. What we really encourage here are questions. It gives you the chance to maybe understand something, (and maybe you think it makes sense after all now), and the player a chance to explain. For example:

"How did Gary get from Point A in canon to Point B in Poly? It didn't quite make sense to me."

"What started this whole fascination of Sue's with the bananas?"

And then you find out that there's a long, involved story that goes back six months involving the aftermath of a curse, a lizard, a pound of potatoes, a watermelon, three French maids, and a pogo stick. And then it all makes perfect sense.

Or perhaps it doesn't, but you've started a dialogue about the things you perceive versus the things the player perceives.

As decided by community vote, anon is not allowed here on the main HMD post, and IP logging is on. Sorry, Anon. However, we encourage posting a link to your own, personal, anon-enabled crit thread(s) if allowing anon is something you want to do and are comfortable with. But keep in mind that we moderators can't police those crit threads: not only are they anon, but they are on your own journals, and there are dozens of them. But we entreat members of this game to be polite and courteous, logged in or not. We will be watching the main post for any unrest, however, so keep that in mind. (We like to watch.) Let's all keep ourselves like civilized people, and have a decent time. Remember, no road rage in HMD.

Other comments? I like crit, and I can’t improve unless you give me some, if you feel something’s off even if you don’t know canon, that’s fine, yadda yadda yadda. KH IS A GREAT SERIES. But. Uh. As far as being more familiar with my characters, not so much. Maybe more in Days, IDK, still haven't finished it. But if you'd like to see Demyx specifically, then there's a link in his concrit. To all of his canon. Way under three minutes. Go Nomura.

Lucky*Star is horrifically cute. And coincidentally the reason I watched TMoHS. Speaking of cute, omg, that icon. Tohruuuu.

It's here (http://judaism.about.com/od/thanksgivingrecipes/r/bread_corn.htm), but use waaay less soy milk, omg. Use, like, half of that. And they're deceiving, cause they don't brown on top, but they're the first time I've used this recipe that I liked the result. Muffins. Yum.

Okayyy, let me see what I can manage. I still don't know Hammer or Hiyori, but for Demyx - I think the only recommendation I can make is for you to play the new canon. Or check up on game scripts! I can help you with transcribing if you can't find sources elsewhere. \o\ Apparently in canon he's a lot... lazier than you've made him, more obliviously selfish (in that sort of "o waow, I GUESS I SHOULD BE GLAD I DIDN'T GO TO CASTLE OBLIVION, too bad that guy you hung out with a lot died there, Roxas. :'D"), a lot less positively invested in the Organization.

I'd... still like to see a bit more flail and exaggerated reactions from him in the meantime, I guess, is a non-new-canon related crit? A little more of the "oh man" element, somewhat more clueless, instead of this practicality, since... I've never seen Demyx as the practical type. For example, taking his pumpkin patch post! He sort of went straightforwardly to the main question instead of adopting a more "hey! hey, what's going on?" Which I wouldn't have expected. I hope that makes sense at all. |D

It's irrelevant what you say. Your icon is cute. /hit OKAY, YES. Definitely will be playing the game soon, but thanks for the offer. (SOB, DON'T REMIND ME, OMG THAT SCENE SOOOOOOB FOREVER.) Yeah, I'll have to find a way to excuse that, but I'm sorta getting an idea of how to do that.

Okay, definitely see what you mean by that. Too calm, needs more confused . . . -ness. But I get what sort of essence you're getting at, and I'll work at incorporating that some more. Also, I commend you for being able to have significant crit for me every time, not that that's hard 'cause it's me, but. Thank you eternallyyyyyy.
