Even with the overarching plots going on, it's still always neat to take advantage of the insane variety of City residents on display, and put together an event, a great adventure, or public mayhem.
So, if you have absolutely anything in mind that you'd like to start (or join!) with your character, just put it down. It can be a tiny, local deal ( a trip, a party, research gone wrong, building a fort, etc), or something with a bigger scope ( a hero squad to help the police, instituting a City regime of terror, etcetc) - really, just mention it, see who else would like to join in, make the necessary plans, and go.
Pretty much anything can be used to generate more of the fabled CR, so yeeeeeesssssss, don't hesitate to approach people with whom you've never interacted before, either to join in on their plan, or to recruit them for yours.
We'll be here for any questions, and there's also always this, if you'd like to suggest a City-wide plot, too!

draggedout there playing baseball, so it's entirely possible that Yamamoto would have seen just how hax he is at it. So while Rudy will never ever volunteer of his own free will, if you want to have the Namimorians hunt Rudy down and offer him the choice of baseball or death, I'm pretty open to that. o/Because you will literally win every game that he plays in. He doesn't lose.

No, I dunno, it's tricky because it would absolutely have to take some form of coercion to do it. I mean, in canon his counsellors get away with it by going "You're going to play" and when he answers, "I don't get a choice?", they say, "Oh, you get a choice. You can play, or you can play." And he rolls with that. But no amount of encouragement will convince him, there's got to be something else to it.
RUDY WHY ARE YOU SO DIFFICULT. :|

Hmmmmm, let me think about this. I'M SURE I CAN COME UP WITH SOME RIDIC MEANS OF COERCION. (Perhaps a moonlit serenade outside his window at OH GOD WHY o'clock in the morning?)

I will definitely work with you on it, though! I mean, he can be persuaded to do things through other than just brute force. Like...I dunno, if Yamamoto took him hostage with a banana and refused to leave him alone until he paid the "ransom" of playing on the baseball team, Rudy might eventually go along with it just because he respected the sheer audacity of the ploy. He's so weird, but this is how he works.
