A WILD PLOT MEME APPEARS...

Even with the overarching plots going on, it's still always neat to take advantage of the insane variety of City residents on display, and put together an event, a great adventure, or public mayhem.

So, if you have absolutely anything in mind that you'd like to start (or join!) with your character, just put it down. It can be a tiny, local deal ( a trip, a party, research gone wrong, building a fort, etc), or something with a bigger scope ( a hero squad to help the police, instituting a City regime of terror, etcetc) - really, just mention it, see who else would like to join in, make the necessary plans, and go.

Pretty much anything can be used to generate more of the fabled CR, so yeeeeeesssssss, don't hesitate to approach people with whom you've never interacted before, either to join in on their plan, or to recruit them for yours.

We'll be here for any questions, and there's also always this, if you'd like to suggest a City-wide plot, too!

Re: I KNOW SOME OF Y'ALL PLAY CHESS OUT THERE

I think the Doctor would be pretty good at chess, although he would probably talk and be generally much more.. fidgety, during the game than I think Rudy might like. There's a really very high chance Rudy will still beat him extremely consistently, since the Doctor's more of an in the moment as-things-unfold rather than a plan-ahead strategist, but he may at least give him a decent game.

Oh, my, the Doctor would probably drive Rudy crazy (not that his face would ever show it), given his penchant for babbling and whatnot. Though I do think they're fairly alike in terms of random, weird knowledge; Rudy's the kind of kid who's got a kind of hodgepodge repertoire of random factoids that he can pull out at will. Also he speaks French?

In any case, if the Doctor wants in, Rudy will definitely play him! So long as he's not a complete beginner in need of lessons and/or planning to throw the game to let Rudy win, Rudy's cool with that.

Oh no, the Doctor definitely knows how to play chess. He might forget which kind of chess they're playing, or think that there are rules that don't exist here on this variant of the game (just plain and simple Earth Chess, Doctor) but he does know how to play, and just play. None of this 'throwing the game' nonsense or suchstuff. He's not likely to sit and play over and over and over and over and over again, but he might do the more, pop by every now and then for a game or two, chat, move on, come back later type thing.
